Our own inner guidance, or intuition, is our greatest resource in life. It is what leads us toward our desires and frees us from our pain, confusion and stagnation. Unfortunately, the pace and complexity of modern life does not support communion with inner guidance. Most people live in a chronically distracted state. In our many years of practice, we have found that for the majority of people, awareness resides mostly in the past and the future. We return again and again to feelings of regret, pain, guilt and nostalgia for what we have lived, and to fear and anxiety about what is to come. With so much of our consciousness lost in time, we lose our only true place of power: the present moment.
Women in Bloom retreats are designed to help women reclaim the present and come into communion with their inner guidance. Through energy work, meditation, self discovery and counsel, we facilitate a core shift, moving the clear, vital energy of the inner Self from deep within the being, through the mental chatter and limiting beliefs, clearing stagnant emotions stuck in the body. Relief and renewal occur on all levels, from the cellular to the spiritual. There is a transformation in the whole being that extends to all aspects of life.
We see women make this transformation all the time. They walk out into a different world because they themselves are different. They develop a profound confidence and trust in themselves and in life which allows them to appreciate every moment to the fullest. There is a willingness to engage even challenging situations as an opportunity to learn and grow. When aligned with their inner guidance, women feel joyful, centered and open to every experience without an attachment to outcomes. This is true freedom. And with it, women's lives begin to expand and unfold in ways beyond their wildest dreams.
